A Turkish student Leyla Şahin dismissed from university because of wearing hejaab (hejaab is an order from God for woman to cover her hair in Islam) she refused to take of her cover and because of this personal choice, she dismissed from her university after couple of years. She applied to EHRC to search for her religional rights, but EHRC found universty right. This is last decision of the court against to muslims about religional rights subject.
Now lets look some sample trials of this court about same subject:
1. at 6.12.1982 EHRC asked to jewish scholars for "guet". A french woman was divorced form her husband but the man refused to give the divorcing paper. Because according to Cohens a divorced woman can not marry again. according to french civil law, woman demanded the papers but EHRC judge this subject according to religional freedom of man and made decision in favor of him.
2. at 27.5.2000 EHRC in France again asked to Jewish scholars for "Koscher" food subject because of a religious jewish. And again the court made decisions in favor of him with asking religional scholars. After this case, EHRC appreciated to the scholar council.
3. At 1999 the jewish guy named Prais applied to EHRC, because of an exam at saturday. EHRC declared a decision, the government can not organize the working days against to religional freedom.
4. At 25.05.1993 Kokkinakis decision. EHRC found guilty the person who tried to prevent propaganda of Witnesses of Jahova in Greece
5. Moreover EHRC found guilty to Greece with the case of Thlimmenos's military duty. This guy was a Witness of Jahova, and because of his belief he refused to go his military duty.
6.EHRC Decision at 20. 09. 1994 for Otto Preminger Istitut/Austria case. A movie was forbiden because of its insults to christianity. Some people protested this decision and applied to EHRC. However, EHRC found the forbiden decision not guilty. Because the majority of that location was christian.
Now Look at This Disgusting so called EHRC's decisions about muslims:
1. In Turkey, Leyla Şahin wanted to continiue her school, and after several years, suddenly fired because of her hejaab. she applied to EHRC. EHRC founded this situation normal and made decision opposite of religional liberty
2. At switzerland a creche teacher Dahlab fired from the school with same reason and applied EHCR. EHCR founded school administration "innocent".
3. A teacher in England applied EHCR because the school administration does not let him to join Friday Pray. EHRC found administration "innocent"
4. The biggest social party (islamic) in turkey was closed because of fascist republican bureaucrates. And again EHRC founded the fascists "innocent"
Now I would like to ask, What does European HUMAN Rights Court think, are not we HUMAN ?
Or does muslims do not need liberty
WHAT THE FUCKKEN KIND OF A FUCKEN ORGANIZATION IS IT, TO WHOM THEY FUCKEN SERVE FOR !
I hate your modern intellectual world and your fucken acknowledge.. and your systems, your universities, your states, your ideologies, and I hate your mothers!
I dont think you do, but if you know who your father is, say him: I hate him too...
Judge me.. it would be pleasure for me to be guilty at your court..
